ODEC ODEC allows access to www.odec.es under the terms and conditions described as follows:

Access to the www.odec.es website implies the status of user and, as such, the user expressly accepts fully and unreservedly each and every one of the TERMS OF USE.
2.- Content and modifications of the site

ODEC guarantees that all of the contents and services found on its site, www.odec.es, respect the principles of personal dignity and non-discrimination due to race, gender, religion, opinion, nationality, disability or any other personal or social circumstance as well a the principle regarding protection to children and infants.
ODEC reserves the right to update, modify or delete information found on its page, www.odec.es, reserving the right to limit or deny access to said information unilaterally at any time and without notifying the user.
In particular, ODEC reserves the right to delete, limit or deny access to its web in the event of technical problems or due to circumstances beyond ODEC’s control that may limit or override security measures set in place for the adequate functioning of the site.

3.- Terms of use
THE USER is committed to making good use of the contents and services of www.odec.es, which will in no case be used for illicit activities, manifestly contrary to public order or that put national defence or public health at risk.
Use of any and all of the contents and services must comply with the principles stated in the previous paragraph.
4.- Intellectual and industrial property
ODEC is owner of all the intellectual property and industrial rights contained in this page as well as texts, images, animations, IT programmes and all other visual and sound elements, which are thereby protected by the Law of Intellectual and Industrial Property.
The user is authorized to download and store in the user’s hard disc the information found on the webpage, which is property of ODEC, as long as said information is not modified, distributed, copied, etc, by any means for public or commercial use without previous written authorization from ODEC.
Any action that violates that which is established in the Industrial and Intellectual Property Law may lead to civil penalties or even be considered a crime according to that which is found in the Penal Code and further applicable legislation.
ODEC in no case shall be held responsible for any possible violation regarding industrial or intellectual property that may be committed by a user of the web.
ODEC may exercise the right to take administrative, civil or penal actions as deemed necessary in the event of violation of these rights by the user.
5.- Links to other webs or from other webs
ODEC offers the possibility of access to third party websites via links with the sole purpose of informing the user of other sources of information on the Internet. If accessed, ODEC is not responsible for neither the content of these websites nor for the results obtained by the user. ODEC’s sole responsibility is to ensure these links work properly.
The users and any normal or legal person set to establish a hyperlink within his websites and ODEC’s site and any of its channels will be able to do so without any previous written authorization by ODEC. This should always follow the rules of ODEC’s structure wherever they link. Also that person will not be able to reproduce contents of the ODEC’s site within his website.
The creation of a hyperlink in no way implies any association between ODEC and the owner of the hyperlinked website nor acceptance or approval on ODEC’s part of the other website’s services or contents.

Under no circumstances will ODEC be responsible for damages of any nature that could arise, including but not limited to: mistakes or omission of content, lack of portal availability, the transmission of virus or malicious programmes or injurious content, despite all the technical measures taken to avoid them.

ODEC keeps a record of all personal data processing activities carried out in the course of its business.

You are also informed of your right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or another supervisory authority.
