Through this system, any person with a legitimate interest (in accordance with Article 3 of Law 2/2023) may report facts that may constitute a breach of the applicable legislation, in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of the aforementioned law.

Reports may also be submitted in person, with the information being transcribed or recorded.

Information may be submitted anonymously. In such cases, it will not be necessary to complete the identification details in the reporting form, but only to provide a description of the information and attach any supporting documents if desired.

At the same time, the reporting person is informed of their right to submit their report to the competent Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority, and that no form of retaliation will be taken against the reporting person or their family or personal circle, in accordance with Law 2/2023.
