Hyundai Spain wins Gold Award in CRM at the Hyundai Global Digital Awards
We are very proud to have been involved in this project, which won the Gold award at the Hyundai Global Digital Awards in Korea.
ODEC provided the entire technological platform on which this CRM project was developed. Our team was able to meet all the challenges posed by the client in order to bring the project to a successful conclusion: from initial consultancy to implementation, organisation of processes, systems and equipment, and day-to-day operational management. We were thus able to provide Hyundai with full services from a single point of contact: digital measurement and profitability of the best sources, pre-qualification of leads, data standardisation and online publication, calculation of conversions, performance of the sales team in each dealership, and so on…
