What We Value:

- Be aligned with the skills of our teams:
- Java Core: This includes concepts such as object-oriented programming, exception handling, collections, I/O, concurrency, and other aspects of the standard Java library.
- Databases: Relational (SQL), non-relational (NoSql).
- Technologies such as Quarkus, Spring, JPA etc.
- REST and SOAP API services.
- Software design and architecture: design patterns (such as MVC, DAO, Dependency Injection) and enterprise architectures (such as microservices architecture). They must be able to design scalable, maintainable and flexible systems.
